Sunday morning

Sunday mornings at 11.00 are the time when we gather together as a family to worship God.  It’s a time to focus our hearts and minds on Him, and express our praise and thanks for all that God is and all that He has done for us through His Son Jesus. It’s a time to bring our concerns to God in prayer. It’s a time to hear Him speak to us, through His Word. And it’s a time to share together and to build each other up in our life and walk with Him. So in our worship services on a Sunday we sing, both older and more recent hymns and songs, we pray, we read God’s word, the Bible, and we hear a talk to help us apply it to our lives. It’s also a time to catch up with each other over tea or coffee. It doesn’t matter whether you’re already a follower of Jesus or whether you just want to come along and think about life and faith, you’ll be very welcome.

We recognise that not everybody is able or feels comfortable yet to meet together in person, and we want to make our services available to as many people as we can. So it’s possible to join our services either in person, or online, through Zoom. If you’d like to join us online, then please email David, the minister, at david.millerstonpastor@gmail.com, and we’ll send you a link. You can join us live, or we can send you a link to the recording of the service

We’re currently looking at Paul’s letter to the Romans, learning about the amazing gift of God’s grace to us, about His care for and His purposes for both his ancient people, the Jews, and His new people, the church, and about How His followers should live in the light of this.
